KR-PORSIPLAST Verpackungssysteme GmbH was created in 1996 through the merger of two companies:
KR-Verpackung GmbH and Porsiplast-Siebdruck-Kunststoffe GmbH.
Two successful entrepreneurial families stand behind the success of the two merging partners. In 1966, Benedikt Hasenohr founded the Reichental cardboard mill Kartonagenfabrik Reichental (KR). PORSIPLAST was founded in 1971 by Walter Feurer in Brackenheim near Heilbronn.
